shooting schedule

19.00 pm – park up in first location

19.15 pm – test camera and equipment/lighting

19.30  pm to 21.00 pm – set of towards final destination whilst visiting the York minster, Shambles and any other locations that can provide with good footage. E.g. river/bridge

21.00 pm – go back and finish any shots that need reshooting, reimagining .

Plot Summary - Fire In Your Eyes

The story of my video revolves around two young homeless men, both addicted to alcohol, cigarettes and drugs, meet each other and go on a fulfilling  night around the town. Instead of planning each shot like my previous idea, this time I shall go at it with a guerrilla style of camera work and shall work from a list of certain plot points and locations. The locations I shall us are -

I shall begin filming at the car park, and end filming at the riverside area, visiting the minster and shambles on my way there, as well as other locations. I shall use a tripod for some establishing shots but the rest shall be shot in a handicam, first person view.

Change in timetable.

Due to the college trying to cut their budget, I was moved from my current class to a new one, seperating me from the group I was working with. This created a problem for both me and them and in the end we decided that I will carry on the project by myself. As it was an opportunity to create a piece of my own I changed the song I was going to use for my video, instead of Pieces by Chase and Status ft Plan B, I shall now use Fire In Your Eyes by Chase and Status ft Maverick Sabre.
